Group Fitness

Group Fitness uses any and all forms of exercise done in a group setting, All classes are lead by a group fitness instructor. We offer a schedule of group fitness classes, such as LES MILLS, BeachBody and other workouts, that include strength training, core, cardio, balance, flexibility and so much more.

Events & Challenges

We like to bring a little fun to you and challenge you. We offer fun challenges to bring out that competitive edge, we host kids day for holidays, and enjoy time together with food and activities.
