CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Barre: fuses the very best of Pilates, Yoga, aerobics and strength training. You do not need to have experience, barre is for everyone. Class includes modifications for every fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body.

CORE DE FORCE: a one of a kind MMA-inspired workout. Exhilarating boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations mixed with fat-blasting cardio and bodyweight moves to help you zero in on stubborn belly fat and carve all over definition.

CXWORX/CORE: an intense 30-minute core-training workout designed to tighten and tone your midsection in the shortest amount of time possible. The class utilises your body weight, free weights, and resistance tubing to challenge your balance, coordination and improve your functional strength.

BODYCOMBAT: is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

BODYPUMP: This addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.

BOOTCAMP: A specially designed group fitness program utilizing various equipment and accessories for an all out full body workout.

CIRCUITSA variety of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise. Circuit training allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout-- meaning a full body challenge, and none of the boredom that can come with repetitive exercises.

CORE CONDITIONING: A non-aerobic, core-toning class. You will use exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets.

FLOW: Yoga and Pilates inspired stretch and strength class.

FULL BODY FUSION: Strengthen, sculpt, and restore with a balanced and energizing fitness class.

HIIT/HIRTHIIT= high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

High Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT) is essentially strength training for fat loss. During a HIRT workout, you'll perform a series of strength training exercises for a set number of reps, for a set number of minutes, without rest.

MASHUP: We mash together a variety of formats so you can a 5-10 min taste of different programs offered.

P90X®LIVE is a full-body, strength-training format, featuring four unique blocks of work: Cardio X, Lower Strength, Upper Strength and X Core.

TABATA: A tabata workout is a form of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time.

TRANSFORM: Using a step to ramp up your calorie burn, this 30-minute, music-driven, high-intensity cardio-conditioning class is designed specifically for the group fitness room. Transform LIVE emphasizes positivity and inspiration, so you leave the class feeling accomplished and ready to take on your day.

TRX: Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

TURBOKICK: Each class is packed with real kickboxing moves, calorie-blasting HIIT training, and body weight exercises. You'll leave every class dripping sweat—and ready to conquer anything! Total-Body Cardio: Sculpt your upper and lower body and burn major calories with rhythmic boxing and kickboxing combinations.

Zumba: a fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco, and a Hip Hop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
